When buying or selling a home with a septic system or well, you'll need to have a state licensed inspector provide inspections and written reports. We provide these services, and will file reports to the proper authorities for you.

Properties with septic and wells will need an inspection on each component. Water samples will be taken and sent for laboratory testing, usually for potability and e-coli. (Do you really know if your water is safe? We'll find out.)
Preferred days for inspections are early in the week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are best. This accomodates the transit time associated with getting water samples from well inspections to the state laboratory in Jefferson City, as the sample must reach them before the weekend to be considered viable.
